Delivery
We aim for getting your orders processed and shipped to you within five working days from the time your order is placed. We are however, a pretty limited team at the moment, so processing the orders might sometimes take a little longer. We thank you for your support and hope for your understanding. If any issues arise, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team, who will guide you through any and all issues.
EU DELIVERIES
We are happy to offer delivery to all countries within the European Union. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on the volume of your order, and your geographical location within the EU.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries to countries outside of the EU might be subject to longer processing and delivery times. Check the current list of countries we dispatch to below before placing an order to make sure, that we're able to fulfil your order.
RETURNS
We happily refund or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange. In order for you to be eligible for a return, the item which you wish to return must be unworn and in it's original packaging. The item must be undamaged, unworn and undamaged. Upon reception of your return, the items state and appliance with the above stated requirements are judged at the discretion of our customer care team, who have full authority to judge whether the the item meets the above requirements to be eligible for a return. Should the team decide that the item does not meet the requirements set out herein, we will return the item to you.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Additional import fees may need to be paid for orders outside of the European Union. All packages sent by us are sent DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid), whereto we unfortunately aren't responsible for any import charges you may be subjected to by the country wherein you wish to receive the package. Any and all of such taxes and duties will be the customers responsibility to pay.
Frequently asked questions
We are currently working really hard to expand our shipping to all countries worldwide, but we are unfortunately currently limited to shipping to countries within the EU, EFTA-member countries (including Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland and Switzerland) and the UK. It is our hope that we will soon be able to deliver packages to you regardless of where you find yourself in the world.
Should any issues with your delivery manifest, you need to contact us within 30 days of your order being placed in order for us to be able to help.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to help with any issues that come to our attention outside of the above given timeframe.
Please make sure that the address that you've given when placing your order is accurate before you finalize the order.
If you've given up a wrong address when placing your order, it's vital that you get in touch with our customer support team, so we can try to fix the delivery issue before the package is shipped. We cannot, however, guarantee that we will be able to do so.
