Returns and Exchanges

EU RETURNS

Upon receiving your order you have up to 14 days to return the item(s).

In order for us to be able to accept your return, the item must be in it's original, undamaged and unworn condition, and in it's original packaging.

If you wish to return an order please contact us on our CONTACT PAGE, and we'll get in touch with further information about how to go about shipping the items back to us.

In order for us to be able to accept your return, you need to be able to disclose your order number.

All returns are processed and refunded within 14 days of being received. If there are no issues, we'll send you an e-mail to confirm your refund as soon as it is processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Upon receiving your order you have up to 21 days to return the order to us if your order was originally delivered to a country outside of the European Union. It is important that you request a return before 14 days from the day you receive your order in order for us to receive the return before the above mentioned 21 days.

For international returns (any return of orders originally delivered outside of the European Union) make sure that the package is marked as "returned goods" on any and all necessary customs or postal forms. Should you fail to do so, it might cause delays with the refund or result in the shipment being returned to you. Any duties added due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the final refund amount.

EXCHANGES

Due to the current size of our organization and the way we process orders, we currently do not offer exchanges on items delivered. We ask that you please consult the size charts on all items before ordering, and ensuring that you order the correct size. Should you wish for an exchange you're going to need to return the item and place a new order. We apologize in advance for any issues this might cause you.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND OTHER ISSUES

On the rare occasion that there is any issue with the item(s) you've received, you must immediately get in touch with us, either through our CONTACT PAGE, or by e-mailing us at contact@psychicspies.com, and inform us about the issues as soon as you receive the item(s).

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

In the unlikely event that your parcel has been "returned to sender" for any reason whatsoever, you will be automatically notified via e-mail and refunded for the order minus any shipping costs, courier fees and duty incurred. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us because of failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels.

DISCLAIMER

Any suspicious behaviour (hereunder frequent returns or other unusual orders/activities) will be flagged by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order(s) or returns that stem from suspicious behaviour or entails an abuse of our return policy.
