RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day EU Returns Policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your receive your order to return an item for a refund.
We offer a 21-day International Returns Policy, meaning you have 21 days from the date you receive your order to return an item for a refund. Please note that international return requests must still be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items, gift cards or purchases made at in-person events.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE
Items purchased directly from www.psychicspies.com may be returned for a refund, provided they are received at our returns address within 14 days of delivery (or within 21 days of delivery for international orders) and satisfy all other return requirements outlined in this policy.
Items received outside of these timeframes will not qualify for a refund, and a postage fee will apply if the goods are to be returned to the customer.
For returned items, only the original purchase price of the item is refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PSYCHIC SPIES receives garments only if they are unwashed, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and free from personal odours, perfumes or fragrances. Items that have been used for styling, photography, content creation or any similar purpose will not be eligible for a refund.
All returned items will be inspected by our team upon receipt. Determination of whether an item meets the return requirements is made at the team's discretion. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, including being folded correctly, placed in any original packaging and returned with all tags and accessories attached.
Please note that gift cards, sale items and products purchased through sample sales are not eligible for return or exchange. Any goods returned that do not comply with this policy, or that are received in an unsuitable condition, will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Swimwear and underwear can for hygiene reasons not be returned.
