Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and will hereafter be handled by one of our courier partners. Delivery depends on your location, but for orders within the European Union orders will typically arrive within 7 business days at the latest. These timeframes are estimates - during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays, shipping might sometimes take longer. We apologise in advance for all inconveniences that should arise from any such cases.
We are happy to offer a 14-days return on all items for any reason whatsoever. To return an item, simply contact us using our CONTACT FORMULA, and give us a brief description including your order number, what items you wish to return and why. Due to our order processing system, we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. However, you are still able to return the item using once you've received it.
If you're ordering from a country outside of the European Union or EFTA-member countries, your package may be subject to additional taxes, duties or other import-related costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any such costs.
If you're ordering from a non EU- or EFTA-member country, we will generally advise you to check your countries import regulations before placing an order, in order to avoid additional and unexpected costs.
If your item shows up damaged or otherwise defective compared to the items shown in the photos on this site, we ask that you please get in touch with us right away, so that we can handle the issue. Please contact us using our CONTACT FORMULA, and include your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the damages/defects. Should this happen, we offer our deepest apologies and assure you that we will work very hard to correct the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again.
